Job Positions

Managing their community to financial, regulatory, and operational success. Will have
demonstrated leadership qualifications through employee retention. Excellent verbal
and communication skills. A desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors and a
commitment to meet the needs of our residents. May require an Assisted Living
Administrator license in good standing.

Working in Sales & Marketing, you are responsible for sales, tours, outreach, and
marketing of our unique communities. Strong communication and organizational skills
required. A background in sales and/or marketing preferred.

Nursing positions will require an active RN or LPN license in Oregon or Washington.
Our Nursing team will be responsible for resident assessments and care planning,
oversight of medication management programs and communication with families and
outside providers including physicians, therapies, hospice

Caregivers assist residents, ensuring resident choice, independence, privacy, respect,
and dignity in all interactions. This role provides personal care services and exceptional
clinical observation of residents and provides residents, families and team members
with exceptional customer service. Caregiver certification is needed for Caregiving in
the state of Washington.

Medication Technicians assist residents, ensuring resident choice, independence,
privacy, respect, and dignity in all interactions. This role provides personal care services
and exceptional clinical observation of residents. Medication Technicians will also
distribute medication and verify medication orders, and provide residents, families and
team members with exceptional customer service. Medication Technician and/or
Caregiving certification is needed for Med Tech/Caregiver positions in the state of
Washington.

Working within Activities will require creativity, patience, flexibility, dependability, high
energy, and a real heart for our residents. The Activities staff provides our residents with
creative and engaging activities and events. Our Activities staff will also help residents
with transportation. Strong organizational skills, budget experience, and communication
are needed in this position.

Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the physical plant including building,
grounds and all engineering. Landscaping, housekeeping, and building maintenance
important skills to have for this position.

You will assist the culinary team with a variety of tasks. Strong organizational and
interpersonal communication skills are a must. Wash, peel, chop fruits and vegetables,
clean and cut or grind meat, fish, poultry, and shellfish. Assist with dishwashing,
cleaning and sanitizing kitchen and work surfaces as directed. Restaurant experience is
valuable in this position.

In this position, you will provide housekeeping services for the residents of our
community. Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills are a must.
Making beds, replenishing linens and doing laundry, Vacuuming and cleaning rooms,
bathrooms, and halls, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and
other work areas so that health standards are met.
