We had a wonderful visit to Peters Creek. From the warm, personal greeting with our names on a Welcome sign, to introductions to the chef, physical therapist and activities coordinator, to tours of various rooms and suite options, every minute was well spent. We were VERY favorably impressed with the quality of our lunch, and Shawn took the time to answer our many questions fully and honestly. We are convinced Peters Creek would be the best choice for us.

I have had the opportunities of visiting Peters Creek and working with the staff there to provide care for the residents. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained. There is adequate parking for guests and families alike. It has a range of activities that keep the residents engaged and active. Starting from the top - Carissa (ED) is one of the most dedicated and compassionate professional I have ever encountered. She is always looking for ways to ensure the well being and happiness of the residents. The staff there is incredibly caring, attentive and available to answer any questions or concerns. They truly go above and beyond to ensure the residents feel comfortable and valued. I highly recommend Peters Creek to anyone seeking compassionate, high-quality care for their loved ones.

Peters Creek is a life saver for us, they have been absolutely amazing caring for our mother - who has Alzheimer’s. They are immensely patient, caring, and kind. Even when she is an angry Alzheimer’s person, they change the subject and distract her back to her happy place! Their compassion for residents in memory care is simply lovely. We wholeheartedly recommend Peters Creek for your family members. They update us on all concerns immediately & make sure we know how our mother is doing.

In what should have been the last months of my Grandmother's life I moved her from central IL to Peter's Creek, in order to be closer to family. From the very beginning I was impressed with the people and the facility. The people were so warm, caring and incredibly accommodating. They made a difficult move, pleasant. Although my grandmother's illness took her much sooner than we hoped, I will always treasure how she was treated in her brief time there. Then, after her sudden passing I myself was treated with such amazing compassion. In addition to dealing with the circumstances of Covid-19, the staff at Peter's Creek went above and beyond to keep me informed, and reassured about the state of the apartment. Finally after 2 months of being unable to enter the building myself to clear things out, Jenny the facility manager took it upon herself to move everything of my Grandmothers out for my husband and I to pick up. This consistent care and effort speaks so much to the quality of people working at Peter's Creek. I could say much more about this facility and how they put the health and well being of their residents above everything. Instead I will say that although my Grandmother was only able to live there for a couple of weeks, I would do it all again. There was nothing I would have asked them to do differently in her time there. Thank you Peter's Creek.
