Jen Anderson has been an invaluable member of the CRH Northwest team since 2018. With over 20+ years of experience in the senior living industry [Era Living, Aegis Senior Living], Jen is a seasoned operations leader specializing in strategic planning, financial management, and system implementation. Throughout her career, Jen has successfully led teams, developed policies and procedures, and managed key vendor relationships, while also overseeing human resources functions. Jen is passionate about creating vibrant, supportive communities for our residents and their families. Throughout her career, she has focused on fostering trust and strong relationships—both with residents and their families, as well as with valued vendors. Jen's accomplishments include leading the lease-up and refinancing of multiple senior living communities, showcasing her expertise in both operational and financial management. Her commitment to enhancing the quality of life for seniors drives everything she does, from day-to-day operations to long-term planning. She believes that every resident deserves a caring environment where they can thrive, and she works tirelessly to ensure that our communities reflect that ethos. Originally from Seattle, Jen holds a B.A. in Recreation from Pacific Lutheran University, Tacoma WA.
